2N Access Unit M RFID 13.56 MHZ, NFC Ready – 916112

This version of the 2N Access Unit M RFID reader can read most cards at a frequency of 13.56 MHz. It is suitable for companies that prefer traditional RFID technology. The reader supports NFC technology, so employees who don’t want to wear a card can use their mobile phones to gain access. Administer a unit remotely via the secure web interface or in the 2N Access Commander software.

The reader has a slimline design which makes the unit ideal for installing on a door frame or wherever you are short on space. The slimline design is further enhanced by the controller being built into the unit. As well as this the Access Unit M has full smart technology built-in and works without the need to communicate with a server.

Installation could not be easier, simply drill three holes in the frame, feed through the UTP cable, connect the lock and screw it in place. This can be done in less than five minutes.

Featuring WaveKey Bluetooth technology, users can gain access in 0.3 seconds. This is the securest method of access on the market. The unit’s glass front panel is scratch resistant and features IP55 protection coverage so the reader can be installed in both indoor and outdoor applications.

The reader can securely communicate with the web interface with 2N Access Commander administration software and the 2N Mobile Key mobile application.
