Axis ACS4 To Universal Device ELicense Upgrade For Axis Camera Station 0879-040

Users can upgrade their existing Axis Device Licenses for Axis Camera Stations for versions 4 and below to an Axis Universal Device eLicense. This is primarily used when users are changing from an Axis device to a third party device, only Axis Universal Device eLicenses will support third party devices.

The Axis Universal Device eLicenses are for use with the Axis Camera Station Video Management Software. The Universal Device elicense upgrade will also support Axis Camera Station, version 5 and above. Each elicense enables 1 supported third party device to be used alongside the VMS.

This is an e-License, once confirmed, the code will be sent to your email address, typically within 48 hours (Monday to Friday). Axis also offer physical licenses which can be delivered in a sealed envelop if required, for the physical alternative, please see Axis ACS4 to Universal Device License Upgrade for Axis Camera Station.

Please note, that from version 5.17, users will now be able to use an unlimited number of Core Device Licenses and will no longer be required to purchase Universal Licenses when exceeding 32 cameras. The Universal licenses will only be required for third party devices.
