Axis M4308-PLE 12MP Panoramic Outdoor Network Camera 02100-001

The Axis M4308-PLE is a 12-megapixel panoramic dome network camera. The discreet design allows the camera to blend seamlessly into any environment to provide a complete 180° or 360° overview with outstanding images. 

With a stereographic lens, the Axis M4308-PLE ensures users a higher resolution around the outer portion of the captured video, meaning objects that are located in the camera’s peripheral view can be captured more clearly, a great improvement for panoramic cameras.

Using a DPLU (Deep Learning Processing Unit) and AXIS Object Analytics, users will be able to take advantage of analytics based on deep learning on the edge and detect and classify humans and vehicles for reliable detection with fewer false alarms. With the forensic search functionality, it eliminates the need to scroll through endless hours of video surveillance, being able to search through hours of footage in seconds. 

Including Axis Lightfinder and Axis Forensic WDR, the M4308-PLE will provide high-quality images in true colour and great detail even in challenging light conditions or near darkness. Furthermore, the camera features Optimized IR, built-in IR LEDs that reach up to 15m to illuminate the scene in darkness. 

The M4308-PLE also features a built-in microphone for audio capture. To ensure excellent audio quality it uses Voice Enhancer which is an algorithm that amplifies voice content relative to other sounds with the purpose of making speech more perceptible. 

This outdoor-ready dome camera has a rating of IP66 which means it is resistant to dust and water ingress. The M4308-PLE also has an IK10 rated casing which gives it a vandal-resistant status (the glass window is rated IK09).
