The Axis Q1656-BLE is a 4-megapixel box camera that has been designed for outdoor use with its robust, impact-resistant IK10-rated housing. As well as this the unit is also IP66, IP67, NEMA 4x and NEMA TS2 rated to provide users with reliable weather resistance, and protect the camera from winds up to 60m/s. The built-in wiper ensures great quality images even in rain and snow.

Lightfinder 2.0 and premium Q-line functionality enable the camera to deliver impressive quality images in poor light conditions as well as providing 4MP resolutions at up to 60fps. Supplied without a lens or mount, the Q1656-BLE can be fully customised enabling users to create a unique camera to meet their specific needs. There are a variety of lens and mounting options for maximum flexibility.

Based on the latest Axis system-on-chip (SoC) ARTPEC-8 and featuring a deep learning processing unit (DLPU) the need for expensive servers is eliminated and allows for a faster and more scalable system. Axis Object Analytics offers detection and classification of humans, vehicles and types of vehicles tailored to users specific requirements.

With remote zoom and focus and support for PoE and redundant DC power, the Q1656-BLE offers flexible installation and maintenance. The unit also features surge protection and an intrusion switch for secure operation and has built-in cybersecurity features prevent unauthorised access and safeguard users systems.
