Bosch NIN-63023-A3 2MP Flexidome Starlight 6000 Outdoor Varifocal Dome Camera

The Bosch NIN-63023-A3 is a 2-megapixel outdoor dome camera featuring starlight technology which enables the camera to work with minimum ambient light. The latest sensor technology combined with sophisticated noise suppression results in an exceptional sensitivity in colour. Not only this but the unit is also equipped with high dynamic range, based on a multi-exposure process that captures more details in the brighter and darker areas within the scene.

Built-in video analytics reinforce the Intelligence-at-the-Edge concept, delivering more powerful features than ever before. This is ideal for use in controlled environments with limited detection ranges. The unit is able to reliably detect, track and analyse objects and then alert users when any predefined alarms are triggered. False alarms are reduced and complex tasks are simplified with a smart set of rules.

The NIN-63023-A3 features a 3~9mm varifocal lens providing a 59°~117° viewing angle. This enables users to select the area of coverage within these parameters that best suits their requirements.

Featuring a cast-aluminium housing, polycarbonate window and hardened inner liner, the NIN-63023-A3 is able to withstand the equivalent of 55kg of force. Not only this but the housing is also IP66 rated protecting the unit against water and dust as well as other hard outdoor weather conditions. 

The camera can be powered by 12V DC or PoE (power over ethernet), we normally recommend PoE as the installation is simplified by only one cable connection being required. Both power and data can be transported over one cable, reducing installation time and costs.
