The Geovision GV-TDR4704 is a 4-megapixel mini dome camera equipped with an automatic IR-cut filter and IR LEDs effective up to 30m for high-quality images both day and night surveillance. Not only this but WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) Pro enables the GV-TDR4704 to process scenes with contrasting intensities of light and still produce clear quality images.

The GV-TDR4704 has two focal length options for the user to choose from:

– 2.8mm ~ 101° Horizontal Field of View

– 4mm ~ 83.7° Horizontal Field of View

The camera has an IP67 weather-resistant and IK10 vandal-resistant housing which protects the camera against both harsh outdoor weather conditions and vandal attempts.

The GV-TDR4704 supports the H.265 video codec to enable the device to achieve a better compression ratio compared to H.264 and MJPEG. This means the camera is able to maintain the high-quality images customers have come to expect all whilst reducing network bandwidth.

With a choice of either 12V DC or PoE (Power over Ethernet) power, the device could not be easier to install. Selecting PoE will make the installation even simpler as both the power and data will be transported across the one cable saving both installer time and cost.
