Hikvision DS-2CD2066G2-IU (C) 6MP AcuSense Fixed Mini Bullet Network Camera

The Hikvision DS-2CD2066G2-IU (C) is a 6MP fixed mini-bullet network camera featuring Darkfighter and AcuSense technology. Available in 2.8mm fixed lens which provides a horizontal field of view of 105.1° and 4mm fixed lens which provides a horizontal field of view of 83.9°.

AcuSense technology uses deep learning algorithms to successfully determine humans and vehicles to improve alarm efficiency. In turn it greatly reduces the number of false alarms that were previously triggered by foliage, heavy rainfall, pets and wildlife to name a few. The deep learning function enables face capture, line crossing detection, intrusion detection, region entrance detection and region exiting detection whilst being able to determine the difference between humans and vehicles.

As well as Darkfighter technology, the DS-2CD2066G2-IU (C) also uses features such as 120 dB true WDR (Wide Dynamic Range), BLC (Backlight Compensation), HLC (Highlight Compensation) and 3D DNR (Digital Noise Reduction) to provide high quality images even if the scene is producing challenging light scenarios.

On board the DS-2CD2066G2-IU (C) is a built-in microphone which offers users real time audio security, adding to their overall security set up/ Hikvision advise that the microphone is able to to pick up sounds from up to 5 meters away, although this does depend on the environment settings. Typically the built-in microphone would be useful for drive ways, reception areas and courtyards.

Also on-board is a MicroSD/SDHC/SDXC card slot which is ideal for those who want to record footage independently of a Network Video Recorder.

The DS-2CD2066G2-IU (C) is powered by POE or 12V DC, however we recommend using POE for ease of installation. POE (Power Over Ethernet) provides the camera with both a power and data source with the need for just one cable.
