The Hikvision DS-2CD2643G2-IZS is a 4MP bullet network camera. It is part of the refreshed range of EasyIP 2.0+ network cameras, now featuring AcuSense technology.

AcuSense technology uses deep learning algorithms to accurately detect and classify humans and vehicles. In doing so, it greatly reduces false alarms which were typically caused by foliage, heavy rain and small animals. By focusing on humans and vehicles, alarm efficiency and effectiveness is vastly improved.

The DS-2CD2643G2-IZS is perfectly suitable for outdoor use, thanks to the IP67 rating rendering it resistant to water and dust ingress. And, during low light levels, the DS-2CD2643G2-IZS is able to use the built-in IR supplement lighting which will illuminate a scene for up to 60m.

As well as the 4MP resolution, the DS-2CD2643G2-IZS features other technologies to help provide excellent images. With 120 dB WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) technology the camera is able to produce clear images against strong backlight as opposed to the object appearing extremely dark against a bright scene. Whilst 3D DNR reduces digital noise for a clear and sharp image.

Users can install a MicroSD/SDHC/SDXC if they wanted to record on the device itself, separate from a network video recorder. The DS-2CD2643G2-IZS can also be viewed remotely via the Hik-Connect smartphone app, where users can be notified of security alerts via iVMS-4200.

Please note, at use-IP, we strongly recommend powering the DS-2CD2643G2-IZS via POE as only one network cable is needed to provide the camera with both power and data. Power can be provided if the camera is plugged directly into an NVR with POE ports, a POE switch or a POE injector. If it is required that the DS-2CD2643G2-IZS needs to be powered by the mains, then a separate PSU will need to be purchased.
