Hikvision DS-2CD2747G2-LZS 4MP Varifocal ColorVu Dome Camera

The DS-2CD2747G2-LZS is an exciting addition to Hikvisions Easy IP 4.0 range. The varifocal dome features a high quality 4MP resolution and a focal length range of 3.8mm – 9mm, combined with ColorVu technology to provide excellent, colorful images 24/7. ColorVu technology uses warm, white supplement lighting to illuminate the scene as well as an F 1.0 super-aperture to allow yet more light in, resulting in stunning images day and night. The DS-2CD2747G2-LZS technology also better helps identify passers by if ever required for evidence purposes.

In addition to ColorVu Technology, the DS-2CD2747G2-LZS now also uses the popular AcuSense Technology to focus on human and vehicle classification. Acusense technology uses deep learning algorithms to reduce false alarms which were previously triggered by foliage, heavy rainfall, pets and wildlife. With the camera learning to focus on humans and vehicles only, users are only sent relevant smart event notifications.

Other hardware features of the DS-2CD2747G2-LZS include a micro SD/SDHC/SDXC card slot for local, on-board storage. This is ideal for those that are using the camera independently from an NVR, or those who want extra back up should other storage methods fail. Please note that this model is powered by POE. This dome camera also supports audio and alarm input/output for third party devices.

The DS-2CD2747G2-LZS has been rated IP67 which means it is resistant to water and dust ingress, whilst also having a Vandal Resistant rating of IK10, meaning it’s safe and suitable for use in a range of indoor and outdoor applications. 

Whilst the camera can be powered by a PSU we do recommend using POE (Power Over Ethernet) for ease of use. If a PSU is required, the DS-2CD2747G2-LZS does not come with a power supply unit included, these will need to be purchased separately, please see our Frequently Brought Together section for our recommendation.
