Hikvision DS-2CD2H86G2-IZS 8MP AcuSense Varifocal Turret Network Camera

The DS-2CD2H86G2-IZS is the first Varifocal Turret to be added to Hikvision’s AcuSense range. The 8 megapixel turret camera uses deep learning algorithms to reduce false alarms, typically generated by foliage, insects or pets. This means that alarm efficiency is vastly improved when targeting humans and vehicles.

With its vari-focal lens ranging between 2.8mm and 12mm the camera provides an excellent option for capturing a range of positions. The lens is able to provide a horizontal field of view ranging between 108° to 45.8°. This allows users to capture a narrow FOV which is not often available with the standard fixed lens options, with no compromise to the resolution. 

Powered by Darkfighter technology the DS-2CD2H86G2-IZS performs extremely well in low light conditions with an IR range of up to 40 meters. The camera also uses technology such as WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) to provide a clear image against a strong backlight.

The DS-2CD2H86G2-IZS feautres on-board storage space for a Micro SD/SDHC/SDXC card up to 256GB for those wanting extra storage back up, or those using the camera as a standalone system, with no NVR. Thanks to H.265+ video compression, users will also experience a greater bandwith and storage saving of up to 90%. 

This camera can be powered by PoE or with a 12V DC power supply, we normally recommend PoE for ease of installation. Please note: this camera does not come with a power supply for our recommended option please see our Frequently Brought Together section above.
