Hikvision DS-2CD6W45G0-IVS 4MP Corner Mount IR Network Fisheye Camera

The Hikvision DS-2CD6W45G0-IVS is a 4 megapixel network camera with a fisheye lens. The fisheye lens has a 2mm focal length and is able to produce a horizontal field of view of 135°. It has been designed to provide 24/7 surveillance in areas that require increased safety. 

Rated IP67, the DS-2CD6W45G0-IVS can withstand water and dust ingress, making it suitable for use indoors or outdoors. Thanks to strong casing with IK10 impact rating, the DS-2CD6W45G0-IVS is impact resistant, and safe to use in environments where it could be subject to vandalism or knocks from heavy machinery or vehicles.

On-board the DS-2CD6W45G0-IVS is integrated 980 nm LEDs which offer invisible IR functionality, providing supplement illumination for up to 10 metres in zero light conditions. Image quality during the daytime is also supported by 120 dB Wide Dynamic Range, aiding the camera to produce quality images during contrasting of fast changing light scenarios. 

Also upon the camera is a built-in microphone to allow users to record conversations for an added depth of security surveillance, a micro SD/SDXC/SDHC card slot to support on-board recording, and both Audio and Alarm input and output lines to enable users to connect third party devices to the DS-2CD6W45G0-IVS such as speakers and sirens.

The DORI distance provides users with an overall estimate of the cameras ability to distinguish people or objects within it’s field of view. This is calculated based on the camera sensor specification and the criteria given by EN 62676-4: 2015.

We recommend that the DS-2CD6W45G0-IVS is powered via POE to simplify the installation process as only one network cable is required to provide the camera with both a power and data source, known as Power Over Ethernet. However, the camera can also be powered via a 12V DC mains supply if required. Please note that the DS-2CD6W45G0-IVS is not sold with a power supply.
