Hikvision DS-2DE3A400BW-DE(F1)(T5) 4MP ColorVu Mini PT Network Camera

The Hikvision DS-2DE3A400BW-DE(F1)(T5) is a cost effective 4MP PT network camera featuring both ColorVu and AcuSense Technology. Colorful images are provided 24/7 even in low light conditions thanks to the F.10 Super Aperture allowing the camera to capture 4x more light than a conventional lens and the advance sensor. In zero light scenarios the camera will also transmit warm supplement lighting to maintain the colourful image.

AcuSense technology is also featured on the DS-2DE3A400BW-DE(F1)(T5) for false alarm reductions. AcuSense uses deep learning algorithms for human and vehicle classifications to reduce false alarms which are commonly caused by wildlife and heavy rainfall etc.

To further warn off intruders, users can pick from one of 10 pre-recorded alerts which can play via the built-in speaker when triggered. The camera also features a secondary white light alarm which flashes upon line crossing and intrusion detection. This light is situated above the lens, meaning suspected intruders are more likely to look directly at the camera, therefore providing the user with a clear image of the subjects face. The PT camera also features a built-in microphone allowing users to pick up sound from up to 5m away (depending on the environment).

With a fixed 4mm lens providing a horizontal field of view of 88.7°, the camera can be used in a number of set-ups such as shopping centers, parks and factories. The DS-2DE3A400BW-DE(F1)(S5) has a movement range of 350° (Pan) and 0°-90° (tilt). Please note that this is not a PTZ (Pan, Tilt, Zoom) camera, it has a fixed lens meaning the only zoom function is the 16x digital zoom.

The DS-2DE3A400BW-DE(F1)(S5) has been rated IP66 making it weather and dust resistant, and suitable for use outdoors. On-board storage is supported via the built-in Micro SD/SDHC/SDXC slot. It also comes pre-installed on a wall mount bracket so there is no need to buy additional accessories.

For ease of installation we recommend powering the camera via PoE, as the camera has a low power consumption so a standard 30W PoE Injector will be suitable. We have listed our recomended option in our Frequently Brought Together section above.
