The Hikvision DS-2DF8C442IXS-AELW(T5) is a 4-megapixel speed dome camera that features a 42x optical zoom lens enabling the camera to provide high-quality images over vast areas.

With a 400m IR distance, water and dust resistant IP67 housing and a built-in wiper with rain-sensing auto control, the DS-2DF8C442IXS-AELW(T5) is ideal for use in a wide range of applications. These applications include shopping centres, car parks, airports, train stations, schools, and large music venues.

This camera is packed full of high-quality features including 360° pan and -20° to 90° tilt, pan speeds of 0.1° ~ 210°/s with a preset speed of 280°/s and tilt speeds of 0.1° ~ 150°/s with a preset speed of 250°/s.

Deep Learning Functions:

Face Capture: detects up to 30 faces at the same time, as well as supporting detecting, tracking, capturing, grading, selecting of face in motion, and outputting the best picture of the face.

Perimeter Protection: line crossing, intrusion, region entrance, region exiting, supports alarm triggering by specified target types (human and vehicle)

Road Traffic: supports vehicle detection (license plate number, vehicle model, and vehicle colour recognition.

The DORI Distance provides users with a general overview of the camera’s capability to distinguish people or objects within its field of view. It is calculated based on the camera sensor specification and the criteria given by EN 62676-4:2015.
