The DS-7608NXI-K2/8P is a 8-channel Network Video Recorder from Hikvision, that was designed as part of the K-series of NVRs, featuring AcuSense technology.

AcuSense / Smart Functions:

As a part of the AcuSense K-series, the DS-7608NXI-K2/8P offers a cost effective NVR solution with built-in support for AI capabilities (Hikvision AcuSense technology). This allows for support for the following Smart functions:

Motion Detection 2.0 – supported by all channels, at 4MP resolution (up to 8MP when SVC mode is enabled)

Perimeter Protection – 2-channels, at 4MP resolution (by device) / all channels (by camera)

Video Analysis – 2-channels, for human and vehicle recognition (works to reduce false alarms)

Facial Recognition – 1-channel  for video stream /or 2-channel for face picture. (please see the table below for more information)

Facial Detection / Analytics	Supports; Face picture comparison, Human face capture, and, Face picture search.
Face Picture Library	Up to 16 libraries, with up to 20,000 face pictures in total. (pictures are <4MB, the total capacity is 1GB)
