Mobotix Move Mx-MD1A-5-IR 5MP Indoor Micro Dome Camera

The Mobotix Mx-MD1A-5-IR is a 5-megapixel indoor micro dome camera that is part of the Mobotix Move range of cameras.

Equipped with a day/night lens the camera is able to automatically switch from day to night mode depending on lighting conditions. IR blocking filters provide colour images during the day and then at night the camera will switch to black and white images to ensure that footage is still viewable and usable in low light conditions. Not only this but the Mx-MD1A-5-IR features built-in IR LEDs effective up to 15m.

WDR technology enables the camera to automatically balance significant differences in brightness through different exposure times. This prevents areas in a scene from being either under or over-exposed. WDR technology is particularly useful at building entrances and car parks, as these applications often experience both bright and dark areas.

The Mx-MD1A-5-IR has been designed to provide unobtrusive and discreet indoor surveillance. Making the unit ideal for use in environments where larger cameras would be inappropriate such as shops, restaurants, hotels, lifts and spas.
