Outdoor Application, IR Illumination and WDR Technology:

With its IK10 (for vandal resistance) and IP67 (for water resistance) rated design, the IMF82-1ERS is equipped for use in outdoor applications, and is capable of offering impressive image quality in areas of low-light (or other challenging lighting situations) – achieved with its use of WDR (Wide dynamic range – allowing it to capture details and maximise image quality in scenes with both very bright and very dark areas) and adaptive IR Illumination.

The IMF82-1ERS also offers users a wide range of Video surveillance Features, with Built-in Pelco Smart Analytics, designed to offer higher accuracy, detection/classification of people, object detection, and more.
The selection of supported Smart Analytics includes:

Analytic Event	How Event is Triggered
– Objects in Area	When a selected object type is detected and seen moving into a defined area of interest.
– Objects Loitering	When a selected object type is detected in a defined area of interest, and stays for an extended period of time.
– Objects Crossing Beam	When a specified number of objects have crossed the pre-configured directional beam (set over the camera’s field of view)
– Object Appears or Enters Area	Triggered by each object that enters the set area of interest (this can be used to count objects – like people – to keep track of how many are in a certain area)
– Object Not Present in Area	Triggers an event when NO objects can be detected in a defined area (can be used to keep track of high-value objects – keep them from beign stolen)
– Objects Enter/Leave Area	When a specified number of objects have been detected entering/leaving a defined area of interest.
– Object Stops in Area	Triggers an event when an object has stopped moving within the defined area of interest for/over a specified threshold of time.
– Direction Violated	When an object is detected, moving in the prohibited direction of travel

Users should note: Pelco Fisheye cameras only detect people as classified objects (vehicles will not be detected), and have an analytic blindspot in the center 20% of their FOV (objects will be detected moving in and out of the blindspot, but not within it)
