The IMF82-1I is an In-Ceiling mount, Fisheye camera, fit for Indoor application and equipped with 8MP, 4K image resolution, and a 360° Field of View.
Though lacking the IP67 water resistance and IR illumination of its Outdoor, surface or pendent mount counterpart, the IMF82-1I instead offers unique features ideal for indoor applications, including a paintable front plate and in-ceiling mounting.
With impressive image quality, low-light performance, video analytics and a discreet, sleek, and low-profile design, the IMF82-1I has a lot to offer users in need of wide views in indoor environments.
In-Ceiling Mount – Discreet, Low Profile Design:
Designed for use in Indoor applications, the IMF82-1I offers a discreet, and low-profile camera option, capable of blending into its surroundings. This design option also includes a paintable front plate, allowing users to match their Fisheye Camera to their interior environment, effectively keeping their security system less visable to possible criminals / threats.
Impressive Image Quality and Low-Light Performance:
Equipped with SureVision Technology (allowing for impressive low-light range) and 120 dB Wide Dynamic Range (WDR – allowing for improved detail and image quality in areas of very bright or dim light) Pelco Fisheye cameras are also capable of impressive performance in low-light environments, with the IMF82-1I offering clear 8MP resolution video, regardless of the amount of light in a scene.
Pelco Smart Analytics:
The IMF82-1I also offers users a wide range of Video surveillance Features, with Built-in Pelco Smart Analytics, designed to offer higher accuracy, detection/classification of people, object detection, and more.
The selection of supported Smart Analytics includes:
| Analytic Event | How Event is Triggered |
| – Objects in Area | When a selected object type is detected and seen moving into a defined area of interest. |
| – Objects Loitering | When a selected object type is detected in a defined area of interest, and stays for an extended period of time. |
| – Objects Crossing Beam | When a specified number of objects have crossed the pre-configured directional beam (set over the camera’s field of view) |
| – Object Appears or Enters Area | Triggered by each object that enters the set area of interest (this can be used to count objects – like people – to keep track of how many are in a certain area) |
| – Object Not Present in Area | Triggers an event when NO objects can be detected in a defined area (can be used to keep track of high-value objects – keep them from beign stolen) |
| – Objects Enter/Leave Area | When a specified number of objects have been detected entering/leaving a defined area of interest. |
| – Object Stops in Area | Triggers an event when an object has stopped moving within the defined area of interest for/over a specified threshold of time. |
| – Direction Violated | When an object is detected, moving in the prohibited direction of travel |
Users should note: Pelco Fisheye cameras only detect people as classified objects (vehicles will not be detected), and have an analytic blindspot in the center 20% of their FOV (objects will be detected moving in and out of the blindspot, but not within it)
Installation Examples:
Pelco Fisheye cameras can be used in a variety of installations, and can help to achieve full area coverage with less installation (a more cost effective than most security setups). Their discreet, panoramic design makes them a perfect choice for use in environments like schools, retailers, commercial buildings, casinos, hotels, airports and train platforms, where users can take advantage of the Fisheye’s high-resolution and capabilities to better secure areas.
