Pelco Smart Analytics
Sarix Pro 4 Series Cameras also feature a selection of Pelco Smart Analytics, powered by Motorola solutions, each equipped to detect critical events with impressive accuracy, enabling fast and tactical responses to any possible security threat.
Supported Analytics:
Objects in Area – Triggers an event when a selected object type enters the region of interest
Object Loitering – Event is triggered when the selected object type stays in the region of interest for an extended amount of time.
Objects Crossing Beam – Triggers an event once a specified number of objects have crossed the configured directional beam (across the camera’s FOV – can be uni- or bi-directional)
Object Appears or Enters Area – An event is triggered by each object that enters the region of interest (can be used for counting)
Object Not Present in Area – An event is triggered when there are no objects present in the region of interest
Objects Enter Area – Triggers an event once a specified number of objects have entered the region of interest
Objects Leave Area – Triggers an event once a specified number of objects have left the region of interest
Object Stops in Area – Event is triggered when an object is detected moving into the region of interest, and stops moving for a specified threshold time
Direction Violated – An event is triggered when an object moves in the prohibited direction of travel
Tamper Detection – An event is triggered when the scene unexpectedly changes (detects unauthorised camera repositioning, or if the lens becomes obstructed)
With this selection of analytics, and ONVIF compliance (allowing for easy integration with VideoXpert – Pelco’s Video Management System) users are offered a wide range of Video Surveillance capabilities, to keep their site as secure as possible.
