Licence Plate Capture (LPC) Solutions

Equipped especially for use in Licence Plate Capture scenarios, and applications such as; Roadside surveillance, Parking management, Motorway surveillance, and, Street surveillance, the IP9165-LPC-v2 features a range of LPC solutions and scene modes. These Include:

Scene Modes – LPC-Parking, LPC-Street, and, LPC-Highway, for use in different traffic applications to monitor cars moving at different speeds.

LPR (Licence Plate Recognition) capabilities – allows for high-detail image quality in the capture / recognition of number plates on vehicles travelling up to speeds of 110mph.

Supreme Anti-Glare and Headlight Filter – included to keep image quality clear, reducing the amount of glare from headlights in the surveillance of vehicles.

Impressive Image Quality and Low-Light Performance

Designed with 2MP image quality, up to 60 fps, the IP9165-LPC-v2 can support 3 simultaneous streams, and a large selection of image settings (including; day/night settings, illuminators, video orientation, remote back focus, and more). Image quality is also designed to be maintained regardless of environmental factors (lighting conditions, vibration, etc) using SNV II, WDR Pro II, and EIS technology:

SNV II (Supreme Night Visibility II) – allows for improved Low-Light performance, making the IP9165-LPC-v2 capable of clear, colour video in poor lighting conditions. Using ultra-sensitive optical sensors, and supported by 3DNR, SNV technology allows cameras to capture high-quality colour video even in the darkest environments.

140dB WDR Pro II (Wide Dynamic Range) – used to provide better visibilty in extremely bright or dark environments, supporting Low-Light performance, to offer impressive image quality even in the most challenging lighting conditions.

EIS (Electronic Image Stabalisation) – controls image stability, to keep video quality clear in high vibration environments, so surveillance and Licence Plate capture can be kept as effective as possible, with less interruption.

Image / performance quality is then further improved with the additional inclusion of 3DNR (3D noise reduction – to improve clarity and detail), RBF (Remote Back Focus – to allow for easy focus adjustments), and IR Illumination (with removable IR-cut filter)
