The Vivotek NR9782-v2 is a 128 channel network video recorder with 16 hard-drive bays, providing 10TB of storage per bay. Supporting H.265 compression allows users to save up to 50% on storage costs compared to when the H.264 codec was used. This model supersedes the previous Vivotek NR9782 Network Video Recorder.

Data Magnet: gives users the ability to integrate third-party data sources into VAST 2 on the NR9782-v2 , providing quick access to data and video. This supports simultaneous display with live event monitoring, all events are stored for later searches. 

2.5D Visualisation eMap: users are able to easily pinpoint a specific camera and its location on the map with multiple layers and camera field of view ranges.

Cybersecurity Management Solution: integrates cybersecurity attack events from Vivotek cameras and NVRs to VAST 2 alarm management. VAST 2 becomes the central management site to recognise attack trends and status, as well as acquire attack information. 

Smart Search II: users can search for objects or people related videos according to VCA metadata from cameras and also search through large amounts of evidence quickly.

Smart VCA Event Search: supports the event search of Vivotek’s deep-learning video analytics technology for events such as people tracking frames and motion detection frames. Users are able to search by single or multiple event types, playback triggered events, and then export these results into video clips. 

Evidence Lock and Export: users can manually extend the retention time for video recordings and manage high numbers of investigation scenarios. Easily export the recording with custom layouts in a specific time frame or instant with a fast click.
