Wisenet PRN-3205B2 32 Channel AI Network Video Recorder

The Wisenet PRN-3205B2 is a 32-channel network video recorder with license-free Deep Learning AI (Artificial Intelligence) video analytics built-in. This unit has been designed to apply AI metadata to images captured by most non-AI Wisenet cameras, which enables users to easily search for people and vehicles in a scene.

The PRN-3205B2 provides a variety of search criteria including; searching for people of a certain age group or gender, along with whether they are wearing glasses or have a bag with them. As well as this, when searching for vehicles users can narrow the search by colour, and vehicle types such as bicycle, bus, car, motorbike, or truck.

A range of bullet, dome, PTZ, fisheye, multi-directional and thermal cameras from the Wisenet X, P, Q, and T series are supported by this NVR. Not only this but the PRN-3205B2 supports all the features that are built into the Wisenet P series AI cameras, including the classification and detection of faces and license plates.

The device utilises the brand new UX 2.0 user interface offering zoom in/out and drag and drop support and a timeline preview feature along with enabling all event settings to be edited in a single window.

The PRN-3205B2 has Wisenet II compression technology, improving bandwidth efficiency by up to 75% compared to H.264 technology when combined with H.265 compression. The unit’s hard drive bays are supported by Self-Monitoring, Analysis, and Reporting Technology (S.M.A.R.T), this technology can detect and alert users to any possible imminent hardware failures. As well as this the NVR features Automatic Recovery Back-up (ARB) which provides continuity of recording and removes the risk of video evidence being lost.

Hanwha has designed the device to be easy to configure and install as engineers are able to remotely connect to the PRN-1605B2, they are able to do so via smartphone or tablet.
