Wisenet TID-600R 2MP Door Intercom

The Wisenet TID-600R is a new intercom product from Hanwha, launched in December 2021. This product features a 2-megapixel fisheye lens with a wide 180° horizontal field of view.

Intercom cameras can be used in a wide range of applications including; healthcare settings, car parks, transport settings, office locations and residential applications. This unit goes beyond that of a simple intercom system and provides improved security, integrations with leading VMS (video management systems) and NVRs (Network Video Recorders), and can act as part of a wider video surveillance and access control setup.

The TID-600R features a push button and touchless call system which allows users to raise their hand towards the device in order to initiate a call. Touchless entry and exit have become increasingly popular in the current climate as many want to reduce the risk of infection and cleaning needs. However, if users do not wish to use the touchless option then they can simply turn it off via the intercoms intuitive user interface.

Not only this but the unit features a built-in speaker and microphone which provides excellent call clarity with up to 85dB of volume at 0.5m, echo cancellation and noise reduction. Audio messages can be programmed to automatically play when a call is started or someone enters the field of view.

Integration with existing VoIP systems is easy with full SIP 2.0 support. Contact with the TID-600R triggers multiple phones at any location to be notified simultaneously through the VoIP system, making it easier for the intercom to be answered every time.

The unit’s dark grey metal casing is rated IP65 and IK08 and so protects the device from dust, water and other potential environmental damage making this product extremely robust and reliable. Along with this, the device features tamper and shock detection analytics and alarms to notify operators of any potential vandal attempts.
